4 items out of 28 purchases not receive!I am very sure these seller
never send the items. Paid $207.93 for an item, refund received
$185.52.Ebay! You will lost many buyer very soon!
I have 3 refunds from seller because they miss to send the items of my
purchased. The paypal is charging quite the high fees for every refund.
If this is ebay normal practice with paypal?
