Any way to find objective data on promoted listing fees?

While I find it annoying, I definitely have utilized promoted listing fees.  I typically haven't minded paying <10%, but now - anecdotally - the suggested rates are going above 15% for me regularly.  Is there a way to track this trend more than the few items I sell?  

I absolutely know I can opt out of promoted listings entirely, I'm just curious on the data.

Don't know about any trends.?

I think they'll keep raising the suggested rates as long as there are sellers willing to pay it.

I have a few thousand listings and only promote around 200 at 15-20 %...which is where the going above might be high for other sellers. I don't promote anything cheap. The name of the game is to get on someone's else's item page and have a lower item for sale than theirs. Anything expensive...high end...will take awhile to sell. So it's like promoting for free until it sells.
