Can't get into tha seller hub

I hope to sell my goods on ebay in the future. but i can't get into the ebay seller hub. can i know the reason for that?

If you have no items for sale, many seller hub links will just lead to a generic landing page, and using the "start using seller hub" link will lead to a "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later" error message.

Once you list items for sale, you should be able to use seller hub.

I think the problem of yours is you can't see seller hub in your account. 

First thing is , you start selling.

Then Go " Help & Contact" . Type " Seller Hub" in search bar.

The you will be able to get seller hub to your account.
