So far, we have not received any payouts since we were switched over to "managed payments" 30 days ago. We are getting desperate for money to our pay bills, as this is a main source of income for us. We keep plugging along, listing a few small items, shipping next day, hoping to see a payout that never comes. It is more than frustrating to see money sitting in our financial summary as "available funds" day after day, with no way to access it. Each time that we reach a rep, we are told that everything appears to be correct with our banking info, and it should be fixed in 48-72 hours, but it never happens. It has now been close to a month with no money paid out. As older adults with little sources of income, this is getting quite serious for us. One month of listing, selling, shipping and paying fees, but seeing nothing in return. We need help.
