I sold an item. My item was bought and I shipped it. They "buyer" was a scam. They reported the item didn't work. I responded and asked for the "buyer" to send proof. The scam buyer never sent proof. I asked ebay to step in. Instead ebay just issued the scam buyer a complete refund. The scam buyer sent me a CLOWN DOLL... and not the expensive item they had bought. I have no money for the item, I have no item, I have a clown doll.
I have contacted ebay over 20 times about it. The Leadership has approved a "courtesy refund" to me. Weeks and weeks and nothing. It's approved but it's never coming. How do I truly escalate this to EBAY???? And, will I ever get this "approved a courtesy refund? "
