Unable to mark an item as shipped

Combined shipping two items... I added the tracking # of the first labeled item to the second, but now unable to mark it as shipped.   No matter from what window I approach this, the drop down no longer offers "Mark as shipped" as an option. What do I do? Thanks.

If you added the tracking #, that should mark the order shipped.  Does it still show waiting for shipment?

When you want to combine items for shipping, use bulk shipping - it will load the tracking and mark both items shipped.  https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk  or click 'buy labels in bulk' from the single shipment page, upper right.
