How do I prevent an item I’m selling on auction from an automatic renewal?

I listed an item for sale by auction , and the duration of the auction is 7 days. I’m not getting the price I desire and I just want to end the listing but the problem is that the listing renews immediately after the 7 days are over. If I cancel the listing while it’s being listen on auction I would have to pay a high fee. It’s nearly impossible to get to eBay to get an help. Need your help guys!

Well, the auction has more than 4 days to go, and many bids come in at the last.

Also if the listing sells then it will not relist ,

And you're right. The item has bids, so if you end it without selling it, there will be a fee.

@faristuta  just like @rock.star  said you will be  getting a fee.

This is for the future :

To stop your auctions from automatically relisting: Find the active listing using the link below. Check the box beside the listing From Actions tab at the top, select Remove Automation rules Then Select Remove rule

This is the policy on relisted items:  https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/relisting-itmes?id=4147 Fixed price listings are set to Good ’Til Cancelled duration by default. This means your item will be relisted on eBay every month until it sells or you end it.   This is the policy on ending a fixed price listing:  https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/cancelling-listing?id=4146
