Having problems with photos. Sometime I get the main photo sometime I get a blank frame with a blue question mark.

I am unable to select different photos, I click nothing happens? 

I have had problems on other "for sale" websites by either getting a 'Problem screen" or no access at all?

I am definately not a computer genius!

What operating system version are you using? Many mac users with OS 10 versions seem to have problems lately, along with some OS 11 users if they cannot install the latest version of a popular browser.

Do you have another computer or a phone you can use to add items to your Watch List or to bid or add items to your cart?
