Hi there,
We've integrated our in-house app with eBay seller accounts via APIs. After processing orders, we send tracking numbers to eBay. However, some orders are marked as late deliveries on eBay despite the tracking numbers being visible. We only provide tracking numbers without delivery confirmation details. Is this a problem on eBay's end? because we are not pushing any details regarding delivery confirmation. We just push the tracking numbers.
Could you please help me with this issue?
