Resolved! What's this, please!

We are stumped as to what this is. Excluding the chain w/ clasp, it's 1.5" in length. The metal piece that extends from either side of the flower can be squeezed to open the arms at the end. Thanking you in advance for your help!

Authenticity

I just sold a lot of 14k jewelry for $740.00 and it is not going to Authencitiy. The buyer's address is in a warehouse and I am skeptical of this. Why is it going directly to the buyer? thank you in advance for input.
