acct was "compromised" making it necessary to close it & open a new
checking acct (same bank) (USING FAKE NAMES HERE) Acct was always in the
name JOHN but when they broke it off w ...
its not like ive never issued a refund but my brain isnt working..
package mailed 5/25 (from NY to TX) which has not budged from point of
origin..buyer very nice about it but im thinking time to issue a
refund..so question do i just cancel the order ...
First apologies as im sure this is addressed somewhere but ive been

thing to send sale $ to bank acct....however i stopped b4 adding my
actual banking info..now I go back to add req...

to Remove Defects..might be able to pleas your case there..i used that
(they will call you option) for totally unrelated matter but when i
finally got a USA rep they were pretty g...
Update...I did get a gal Claudia who im quite sure was in the USA...she
solved the problem with me in less than 15 mins & told me what to so
next..so for now all is well..i cant say the first gal, who was most
definately not american, didnt know what...
thanks for taking the time to respond..im too disgusted today I will
call in tomorrow & hopefully i will get someone who can help me ..the
problem is embeddes in ebay or trutify (?) not me or the bank..hope i
can get some1 in the USA
ok perhaps my own fault for not knowing there was a place to see my
"defects" (well not really mine but USPS but thats not what this is
about)...so by the time i found them it was too late to have them
removed but now we are coming up on a year..will...
