Re: So I reported a listing for ONLINE Trump Sneakers....guess what happened next?

I agree. There is something very wrong here - the entire pre-order issue really has me asking what is going on? So many pre-orders string buyers along for way over 180 days - past eBay MBG and credit card protections. So, when it all blows up does eBay step in and pay the buyers as a good faith gesture? If that is what is happening, then that is quite a bit of money and it's hard for me to imagine. The number of pre-sale listings for a multitude of items where the delivery is 180 days plus out is pretty high. Some sellers are sending a tracked receipt for the pre-sale item and sellers are waiting 4-12 months thinking they are protected. I have a hard time thinking that eBay is going to reimburse them when "tracking" shows as delivered. I have reported these listings, and some get taken down only to have the same sellers immediately re-list them. I have reported both the sellers and their items over and over & nothing is done -even to the sellers who relist what was taken down. It makes no sense.

If you create a second account you can get higher than normal entry limits. A rep told me they use your first account as a reference. Here is a account I opened very recently:

Nobodies getting these shoes, One seller is Advertising a July ship date. All his other listings are flea market & garage sale clothes that are well worn Goodwill stuff. The amount of Scamming going on is gonna  be on an Unbelievable scale. Ebay's Management Staff must be going furious trying to determine validity of ads

Ebay will be busy when Christian Louboutin lawsuit hits Trump shoes.

Louboutin has the "red strip" on the bottom as a "trade mark".

The shoes will never be delivered in July.

Some sellers will lose their accounts...and some buyers(actually all of them will lose those deposits for shoes delivered in July or later).

I painted the bottom of a pair of heels scarlet with hobby paint.

Because I want to be fashionable but am also dead cheap.

They aren't giving Donald Trump anything. These are people scamming off his name, they could be anybody selling a photo of Gold Shoes including being a registered Democrat. People that give directly to Trump are supporting his Bid to be President. That's called donating money for his Party.

Company is an LLC...so we don't know what country or who is getting the funds. We don't know who WILL be producing future shoes...even if they do eventually get made. LOL.

I'm all for consumer protection and all, but at a certain point you gotta let it go. If you're dumb enough to fall for this, I got nothing for ya.

People that give directly to Trump are paying off his legal bills first.

IMHO Trademarking or Patenting a Color for a Sole isn't anything Remarkable. You didn't invent a new color.

The RGB Spectrum hasn't Changed for over 100 shades of Red. Trying to own a Color is beyond Dumb it's Laughable. The Judge would have to be made out of a Wet Noodle to side with a Color Fanatic.
