Did you mean:

Holding funds/requiring receipts

I was able to find some proofs. Thanks for the help.

@emallygall0

You need to find the source as to how you purchased or retained these items and remit them to eBay as they requested.  If you don't have them, my guess is your selling days on eBay are done.

Wishing you well.

Re: Holding funds/requiring receipts

Be thankful your son didn't drink it.

It's a product with known counterfeiting issues.  Sold out of some sort of overstock warehouse is not respectable provenance for anything as important as food going into young children with health issues.

All you can do is tell them the truth about where you got the stuff.........  You've sold 4 sets of 24 each so it may look rather suspicious.......

Re: Holding funds/requiring receipts

It was a DME that had shut down, and they had a warehouse sale,  not an abandoned warehouse that I drove by. He did drink it, and had no issues. I understand your concern though.

Re: Holding funds/requiring receipts

I'm guessing it was the 5 transactions for pediasure that sent up a red flag.   As toysaver states, it's not a good look.  They may come at you with the dreaded phrase "your selling habits are putting the ebay community at risk".
