Resolved! Please help ID mark on Nouveau Porcelain Creamer

Help Me ID this vase

I recently purchased this in an estate sale. It is unmarked, very heavy, and around 14" tall. It has been turned on a wheel and then rectangular holes are scatter over the body of the vase. Any help would be greatly appreciated. KirbyKshof
