Italy pottery vase

This vase was posted on another forum and hasn't been ID'd. Im out of my league on this one. I asked the OP for permission to post the pics here because I felt confident it could be identified. Not a lot of info other than that it's 7" tall. Any help appreciated, told the OP I'd post back with any info.
