Open work or Lace edge center handle tray ~~ i.d. help, please

Hi,

After much looking on eBay, Replacements, and the Glass Etch & Pattern Gallery, I've narrowed down the possible makers of this center handle tray to Lancaster, Fostoria, Hocking, or Fenton, with Lancaster being the most likely to me. Can anyone confirm this or steer me in a different direction?

The diameter is 12".

95% sure it is Lancaster

hold it up to the natural light.. if the glass has an amethyst color, then probably LE Smith "black amethyst".
