Item will not be shipped

Hi,

I've bought an item recently (ebay international shipping) expected to arrive next 9 January, but seller already confirmed there was a problem and the item was stolen from his truck.

Asked a refund, received good feedback but no confirmation or money back.

I guess I still need to wait for 9 January to raise a case right?
