Fraudulent listing

Purchased an item nine months ago that was listed as having a lifetime warranty. Item has failed, seller will not return contact. Ebay will not allow a return as it claims there is no such listing, I presume due to the date of purchase.

My account information has not been accepted- what should I do???

e bay just charged sales tax to a customer who is in the same state as we are . WE are the ones who are supposed to charge the tax as we are responsible for submitting it each month., They have never done this before. I tried contacting them about it...
