So I recently returned a laptop from a very reputable seller. I received the laptop in fantastic condition but that was not the issue as to why I returned it.
I returned it due to the laptop blue screening when I was gaming with an “IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL” error that showed up. I quickly did some basic troubleshooting ( sfc /scannow ) as well as updating bios etc. that Lenovo themselves to you to try on their troubleshooting guide.
After doing that it happened yet again and continued to happen normally within 30/40 min of playing any game.
I returned the item, cleaned and in nearly as mint condition as I received it. However I a day after it was received but the seller I got an email stating this about an abusive buyer policy.
Is this any concern to me if I showed proof via pictures of the legit issues I had with the item I bought ? I don't want to lose my account 😞
