I was ripped off by World of Books USA which has a very large amount of negative reviews it turns out, and eBay has blocked every possible way for me to get the product that I paid for, due to stalling tactics successfully used by the vendor which stale-dated and blocked my getting any help, even from Paypal. The vendor has been verified to have in stock the product which I ordered and paid for all along. Ebay blocks every possible way to get their vendor dealt with so they simply are willing to ship the exact product ordered and paid for. I'm asking to find out how I can get through that condoning vendors outright ripping off eBay's buying customers is not acceptable behavior and how ripping off customers isn't acceptable ethical behavior, and how a Code of Ethics can get applied to the Corporation.
