Leaving old feedback

How do I leave feedback for a seller on a deal that has been done for a while? I can't seem to find a way to do that

This deal is only 21 days old, still can't find a feedback link?

Hi @outdooraz.17 

From time to time we learn that Buyers have inadvertently purchased as a Guest which means they cannot leave Feedback on the transaction.   Those purchases also cannot be merged with an account, they are stand alone transactions.  Buying as a guest | eBay
