Item not received.

Yesterday a buyer opened a case, saying they never got their item.  All tracking showed was that I had printed a label.  So i figured the package was lost and issued a refund.   Today, Tracking showed up and that package was delivered today.  Since I already issued a refund I am now out of my money and item.   If I contact eBay, will eBay give my money back to me or is it a total loss?

No, Ebay will not return your money that you gave as a refund to the buyer.

You can send the buyer a Paypal invoice, but be aware that the buyer is not obligated to repay you.
