What do you call this type of brooch? Help Please.

Super cute old brooch with what I've been calling fluttering roses, since the somewhat large and heavy "flowers" ride on the ends of copper/brass/metal "stems" causing the flowers to flutter.  I know this piece is somewhat old (since I've had it for a long time and it was "old" when I got it), but wonder if it dates to a certain decade or if this type of brooch has a particular name -- other than my flutter flowers.

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me!

Some people would call this a trembler, because of the motion of the individual stems.

It might also qualify as a floral spray, though to me it looks more like a bouquet.
