Vintage BOWL'D OVER BOWLING SHIRT

Does anyone know hold old this bowling shirt is ? It's embroidered Chief at chest and on back embroidered Apache Bar Great Falls ,Montana.

It also has the loop collar.

It has an RN number and modern typeset to the tags. I'm guessing fabric content, too - tag is too blurry to tell.

It's a modern shirt, retro styling. Anywhere 90's to now.
