That's one of the oldest scams still going. Just don't respond; there is no sale to be made there.

 

If you're selling high-value items popular with scammers (and with a current feedback count of 21, they will assume that you are a new seller and an easy mark), list only as Fixed Price, no auctions and no Make Offer, with the Immediate Payment Required checkbox selected. (See the full listing form to find that.) With Immediate Payment Required, no one can snatch your item off the market without actually paying you for it first.

buyers need to pay thru ebay checkout and you need to ship to address on that paid order after you have checked in paypal for clear,safe to ship payment status.Any additions to order should be bought from you through ebay.Do not go outside ebay

Anytime anyone wants you to buy gift cards it is a scam'
Ask yourself why? do 'buyer" need u 2 buy eBay gift cards?
Answer so they can steal your money

Of course it sounds fishy. Why in the world would your buyer need you to buy gift cards?

 

Every penny that you spend to fulfill an order is a penny that you are putting at risk of losing.

 

Be wary of any buyer asks you to risk one penny more than necessary.
