In December 2021- I come across an option that said "create a QR code for your stores page", I selected it, saved the pdf that worked, (it would literally take you straight to my store), I am NOT referring to the shipping label QR's-those are completely different then I am referring to. The problem is, I accidentally deleted the PDF I use, and the only way to get it now is via the "print packing slip" option once you sell an item then selecting the pdf to "print on packing slip" but no option now to have the QR itself directly, eBay customer service has no idea how to retrieve it now either- Does anyone else know what happened to it, how to re-access it or did the web developers remove it already. It was very convenient to have for printing on the back of business cards and promo flyers.

Have you looked in "Manage my store"? I don't have a store to check.

Did you find the answer? I have the same question.

A QR code can be created online at one of many websites that provide the option.
Start with your store URL. You can even add a logo.

I used this site to created these QR codes:

If nothing else works, you can always take a screenshot with your phone, go into the Genius scan app and upload the pic and it lets you save pic as a pdf doc.
