Setting Up 30 Day Buyer Paid Returns

Hello, I've been researching how to set up 30 day buyer paid returns but am unable to find this option in the return settings.  When I do a web search it mentions this feature is possible but yet am unable to find it. 😕  Can someone please advise where you go to fix this rule.

When you set up your returns policy you need to toggle the button to accept returns. Once toggled on you can select how returns are paid.

@ebooksdiva Thanks for this but I cannot seem to find this page for the returns policy, I am only finding the returns preferences page.  Would I need to go into each of my listings to see this returns policy?

If a buyer opens up a "not as described" case against a seller, the cost of the return is on the seller -- and NOT the buyer -- no matter what the individual seller's policy may read.
