About 10/18/2017, the thumbnails disappeared from the emails I receive when new items are found matching my saved search. If I look at older emails in the "deleted" folder, the thumbnails display normally. In the later ones, there is a line across the middle of the box, as if the dimensions of the image are wrong. But when attempting to compare the HTML of an old and a newer email, I'm unable to find an obvious problem.
I'm sure the problem is in the message, not my computer, since the old ones display properly and the new ones don't. Maybe a change was made to the HTML that isn't supported by older browsers or email clients. Does anyone know?
