How to get acces to ebay Buy api?

Hello,

I am new to ebay Apis so excuse my ignorance, I am a eBay partner and I have a developer account but I cannot seem to use the buy Api, How do I gain access to the Buy Api? I have tried writing to eBay but it wasn't successful.

Any help will be appreciated.
