You are obviously wasting time contacting eBay and blaming eBay for your below standard rating. The customer service reps you are contacting don't have the power to remove defects from your account.
Time will remove the defects. Just make sure to ship within your stated handling time and make absolutely sure to handle any buyer returns and refunds WITHOUT any eBay assistance. Also do not cancel any transactions.
Cancellations and seller defects for not refunding with the allotted timeframe during a return case is the kiss of death for an eBay seller account.
When you suspect you are having problems with a transaction, you can come here with questions and experienced sellers will walk you thru it.
