Item Specifics DisAppearing (inside "Specialty Services")

Hi eBay Community, 
i have placed items here: 
Specialty Services > Restoration & Repair > Computers 
and also here:  
Specialty Services  > Web & Computer Services > Technical Support 

when i attempt to edit/revise my item , then ALL EARLIER ADDED "ITEM SPECIFICS" ARE GONE , DISAPPEARED !! 

i have added 20 item-specifics in each of my "SERVICE" type item , so this is very problematic for me,
because if i want to update/revise/edit any one of these item's description , then i have to add back TWENTY SPECIFICS AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN !!

please solve this.

another seller user posted similar problem inside "Fashion" category.

also noticing ANOTHER PROBLEM , picture loading area not appearing properly. 
Instead of a square/rectangular area , now 12 pictures have become a long list , multiple rows of lines !!

please solve these.

Update: 
even if no item-specific are shown , database records are there, but hidden for now. 

to test, i have saved one item after revise/edit , without adding 20 specifics again, 
and result is : earlier item-specifics remained intact. 

good (better than entering 20 item-specifics again)

once ebay fix this then i can safely add more item-specifics if needed
