It's completely fake. Don't respond. eBay doesn't have any part time jobs in Pakistan, or any office there.

They will try to get you to spend money "grabbing orders" but they will never let you cash out and receive the "payments" you have supposedly earned. They never intend to pay you, they are just trying to steal the money they are asking you to "invest".
