I received an email from eBay regarding an item I listed and sold. They informed me that the buyer's account has security concerns, however, the payment from the buyer is on hold and I immediately canceled the order. What are the next steps to take?

When you cancelled the order, the buyer was refunded.  You could add the buyer's user ID to your blocked buyers list, and relist the item.
