Scam?

I got an offer from the buyer within 10 minutes of listing an item. 
He didn’t send a message, I clicked on his profile and found this:

@vintagey2kglam  Yes that is a scam.   Decline the offer and add the buyer to your blocked buyer list.

Can you private message me the user ID please as I want to make sure that the sellers profile is reported to the correct department.  I have been seeing more reports of scammers using this tactic OR using a phone number in their user ID.  

Have you set up your buyer requirements in account settings?

Click this link: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements Then block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items in 12 months.

If you are not shipping internationally also block buyers in locations you do not ship to.

Then at the bottom of the screen look for buyer Payment Requirements put a check next to>>
Require buyers to provide a payment method before they make an offer.

These settings will cut down on your non paying buyer issues.
