Refund for canceled shipping label

I paid for a shipping label  with my funds. The order was canceled. how do I get refunded for the shipping label.  I can't find a contact number for ebay. On my account it  says the cancelation request on the shipping label was denied but I n3ed to appeal that because I was charged almost 300 dollars.

If the label was scanned by the shipper, the cancelation request will be denied.

It is the shipping company that approves or denies label cancelation requests, I've never had that happen.

If the label was not scanned by the shipping company, look to see if there is an appeal process in the message you got.

If the label was NOT scanned, can you provide the tracking number here?

Tr # 9434909105464020698320 It was scanned by usps. It was supposed to be going to Puerto Rico, there was something wrong with the address so it was delivered back to me. I called usps and they said to contact ebay if I purchased the label with ebay. The tracking says return to sender.

1) I could be wrong, but I don't think you will get a refund for that label. USPS provided the service.

2) If you didn't refund the buyer, you don't have to refund them. You could do a partial refund of the price minus shipping if you wanted to (I would)

The buyer is responsible for providing an address that works.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
