Ebay chat thinks we are in the UK and we can't get them to call us because.........

I've cleared the cache and cookies and still every time I begin "chat" so Ebay can call me it gives UK +44 and 22222222 so it thinks we are in the UK. I can't get to a window to speak to someone in the USA. There are mentions of email contact on Google as well as phone and all go back to the same Q&A which fail to resolve the matter of unpaid buyer. Thanks.

Check to make sure you phone number is correct in your Personal Settings:

If that does not help, try requesting a chat with an agent instead of a call back.
