I have this older brooch. It's really cute. There is a mark on the back
but I am unsure if this is a makers mark or not. Has anyone seen this

Hello. I cannot find any mark on this neat rhinestone pin. It is almost
4 inches long and each of those strands dangle down. There are 2 layers
to it. I am not sure what to call those gold colored beads either? Mesh?

Those "moonstones" look more like Opalite to me. Opalite is a man made
glass "stone". The color is too perfect to be Moonstones although many
people call Opalite "moonstones". Another clue that it is most likely
newer made.
I believe those are a low grade of Ruby in Zoisite beads. They don't
have much red in them, which is one thing that makes them low grade.
