Identifying Plastic Toy Green Necklace

Hi - I am sorting out and selling my son's old toys and have found this plastic chinese style green tie up pendant and wondering if anyone knows what it is and what franchise its fromm - thanks in advance

Does it say Bandai or Saban on the back? It could be Power Rangers or something from the tv show VOLTRON.

If the necklace is from a TV or Movie franchise, there should be a copyright for franchise and manufacturers name on it some place. Like the "Disney, Zizzle"  piece in your other topic. Usually there is also a copyright date.  With that info you can search online for the toy by the Mfr. or Studio  If there is no info on it, it could be an unlicensed knock off from any one of dozens of Movies/Cartoons.   You can always try sending your son the photo and ask if he remembers what the piece is.
