I did a listing yesterday and also had the same problem. No video. This has been an on going issue since eBay introduced it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sort of the forgotten feature that eBay implemented a few years back. Some were successful, some just couldn't access it. It appears to be a very positive feature on other sites. I don't know why eBay ignores it & the constant complaints concerning.
