Hello how do i get in contact with an ebay agent to lift the restrictions on my accont

You can reach them via Help & Contact at the top of any eBay page, or their Facebook or Twitter/X pages (eBayForBusiness) which is what I prefer.

You may get better help figuring out how to proceed here, though!  What happened that caused you to be restricted, and what kind of restriction are you seeing?

I assume you cannot sell but maybe still buy?
