Let us assume that we are now facing a case and dispute regarding a damaged product, a counterfeit product, a product that is not as described, or any of these reasons, but we are facing a seller and a buyer, both of whom do not have any evidence for what they say. In this case, will eBay stand aside with the person who has a greater reputation? On the site, represented by its feedback

No.
As you have been told on other threads, eBay decides cases based on eBay Policy and the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
If the buyer files and "Item Not Received" dispute and the seller responds appropriately with delivery confirmation that meets eBay's criteria, the seller will prevail.
In almost all other cases, the buyer will prevail. Feedback is not considered.

Most times yes, but not all the time. Depends on the case and it depends on the evidence. Sometimes the seller does prevail. Certainly not an easy task, but it happens.
Yea but the OP mentioned when there is no evidence. I’d say given that parameter, eBay will side with the buyer. Under different circumstances, that’s another story.
