I have a buyer demanded QR code for return items for refund.

However, we do not support QR code at this moment.

We have provided prepaid return shipping label to buyer and then buyer filed return request, we also uploaded prepaid return shipping label thru eBay request.

IS QR code mandatory for eBay return process now  ?

QR codes for shipping labels are used on other platforms. Unless its something new being offered by ebay, then it isn't mandatory.

No, it is not mandatory.

However, if someone doesn't have a printer, they can use the QR code for the post office to print the label for them.  It should be available with the label eBay sends, though.

No, its not, explain to your buyer the QR code is used for the sale of local pick up Ebay items. Its sent to the buyer with his purchase,by Ebay, and the seller scans it at the time of pick up.

if Ebay provides the shipping label, the buyer should have the option for getting the label or the QR code.
