If you have a Free Shipping promotion (Sale) on a category with a specific price range, when a buyer make an offers less than the promotional price, will the FREE SHIPPING promotion still be applied?
Example.
Store category sale with free shipping in the price range of $10 - $100
All items in that category add shipping charges if they are below $10 or above $100
A customer offers $9 for the item while it is currently in the sales promotion if sold over $10.
Will the Free Shipping automatically be applied to this order or will it add the shipping charges since it falls below the promotional sale price of $10?
