active listing views and watchers

On my active listings page, the active listing views and watchers are not being counted. Is Ebay aware of this problem?

How do you know they are "not being counted" (whatever that means).

The issue is fixed now.  I knew views and watchers were not being counted because when I viewed my listing, up in the lefthand corner it said " 1 watched in the last 24 hours". You have to view it before you can watch it, and they both were at "0" counts.

It is possible to add an item to a Watch List directly from the search results page without opening the listing and incurring a view.

There may very well have been actual problems with displayed "view" or "watch" numbers, but a watch number greater than a view number is not necessarily proof of that.

Also, 2 listings that were newly listed 24 hours earlier still had "0" views and watchers.
