Does anyone know the maker of this pottery porringer - might be Italian? I has a hand painted design of two hills - one with a lone tree atop. It is done in dark & light blue with gold and yellow accents. The outside is decorated with leaves. It has open, pierced handles. The bottom is stamped with a scrolly circle with either number 7 or 1 inside. It appears to be marked Celli but not sure. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
