Does anyone know this Mark on the back of this plate

thomas hughes, late 19th-early 20th century.  it is pottery, not porcelain.

It also says Asiatic Pheasants, a popular pattern, made by different companies. The other poster was right about the maker and date. The mark was used from 1895 to 1910.
