managed payments when, how and what for

After being on hold so far for 1 hour, i'm hoping to get my question answered here sooner then ebay customer support.

tried to pay with paper check since ebay held my payouts for 5 days over thanksgiving.

I had no idea how much they would send on monday, so i could cover anchor store fees, so made a one time payment with a paper check.

lo and behold monday ebay took money from my bank account, all pending was not sent and i got yet another bounce charge because of ebay.

I have no idea what listings i sold are included in the payouts they send.

no idea what they will send on any given day or if it will even be sent

this is bull**

Now of course ebay says they will refund me for the check, nothing about bounce fees, problem is when they cash the check i will not have the funds to cover it leading to yet again another bounce fee.

ebay needs to clearly state which listings payouts are being sent for, what day they will be sent and how much they will be.

anything else leaves you guessing as to whether you will have enough to cover anything that is due.

any ideas?

anything iam missing?

@ads.ink   To see what items are included in the payout that has been issued click on payouts on the left-hand side and then payout ID #

@ads.ink

You can see what funds are available on your summary page

https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary

You can use a credit card to pay your fees in the future if you run into an issue.  Not sure if you have one that you wish to use for this type of situation though it would be a good thing to add to your account as an automatic payment method so that this doesn't happen again.

Sorry that you had such an awful time with this.

Re: managed payments when, how and what for

pending does not help, right now it shows 50.00 pending 1.00 available and that i have - 24.00. available

It does not show me what listings i am being paid for when a payout occurs, or when i will receive those funds or what the amount will be 5 days to wait for a partial payout causing a bounce charge is  ridiculous.

but thank you for your advice

Re: managed payments when, how and what for

What I did with mine is to change when I get paid. I have chosen weekly on Tuesday that way if I have items pending from the weekend I still have funds to cover from the weeks worth of sales. I also changed where they can take out the money either debit or credit card. I hope this helps.
