Managed payments pending slow this week

Has anyone noticed that managed payments pending payments are taking a lot longer to come through then usual?  It is supposed to take 2 business days To become available. I know it has been a super busy week I wonder if that is why everything is slower to process.

I have not received a payment since the 1st of December. My "payouts" show 3 different amounts supposedly sent and completed however I have received nothing.
