Can my ebay account be canceled if I log into my ebay account from both mobile phone and computer?

Yeah, I have done this too and it has not been a problem.

That one I do not do.  I stay logged in with my PC b/c that is what I list with but I have logged in with my phone at the same time that my PC was logged in and did some purchases and had no issues.  😁
