Did you mean:

Cha-Ching phone app notification

Do you have to leave the ebay phone app opened in order to always get the cha-ching sound on your phone?  Every time I close the app, I get no response.

Re: Cha-Ching phone app notification

I don't have this setting on my phone:

Settings > Device Care > Battery > Settings > Adaptive battery toggle. "Limit battery usage for apps that you don't use often. Your phone will learn how you use apps over time." Toggle OFF

Re: Cha-Ching phone app notification

Try going to your Device Settings: Battery page. From there, see if there is a three dot menu or other option that leads to a "Battery Optimization" page. If so, it should have a list of apps that allows you to set whether each app is optimized or not. Find eBay on the list and make sure it is "Not optimized".

Don't log out of eBay & you'll get the cha ching sound. That's what I've found.
